Sparks
The Sparks (USASF Levels 1/ Level 1 prep.) are our Tiny team, consisting of miniature athletes 4 thru 6 years old. This team gives our Sparks a chance to get out in front of a crowd and perform their routine. Basic skills are taught and incorporated in a full spectrum of competitive cheerleading. The Sparks will make appearances, exhibition, and compete their routines within the California area. The Sparks will practice (2) 45 minute practices per week.

Mini Flare
(USASF Level 1/ Level 1 prep/ Level 2) is one of our youth teams which focus on All-star basic skills of tumbling, stunting, arm motion technique, and jumps. These athletes are 8 years and younger. Team members are expected to perform with proper level skills they are place in. Mini Flare will make appearances, exhibition, and compete their routines within the California area. Mini Flare will have 4 hours of practice per week. We also encourage individuals to take an extra tumbling class or privates from their preferred instructor.

Youth Flash
(USASF Level 1/ Level 1 prep/ Level 2) is one of our youth teams which focus on All-star basic skills of tumbling, stunting, arm motion technique, and jumps. These athletes are 11 years and younger. Team members are expected to perform with proper level skills they are place in. Youth Flash will make appearances, exhibition, and compete their routines within the California area. Youth Flash will have 4-5 hours of practice per week. We also encourage individuals to take an extra tumbling class or privates from their preferred instructor.

Junior Level 2 – Blaze
Junior Level 2 / Level 3 (USASF Levels 2/3) is one of our teams developed as a junior intermediate/ advance team. These athletes are 14 years and younger. Junior teams are expected to perfect tumbling, stunting, arm placement, and jumping skills. Tumbling skills required include but are not limited to standing back handsprings, working multiples and round off back handsprings and tucks if on Level 3. The Junior Blaze will have 5-6 hours of practice per week. We also encourage individuals who make the Junior team whom only have a back walkovers to take an extra tumbling class or privates from their preferred instructor.

Senior Level 2 – Smolder
Senior Level 2 / Level 3 (USASF Levels 2/3) is one of our teams developed as a junior intermediate/ advance team. These athletes are 14 years to 18 years of age. Senior teams are expected to perfect tumbling, stunting, arm placement, and jumping skills. Tumbling skills required include but are not limited to standing back handsprings, working multiples and round off back handsprings and tucks if on Level 3. The Senior Smolder team will have 5-6 hours of practice per week. We also encourage individuals who make the Senior team whom only have a back walkovers to take an extra tumbling class or privates from their preferred instructor.
